The Planning & Zoning Section reviews all land use applications, including Comprehensive Plan Amendments, Re-zoning, Variances, Special Use Permits and Planned Unit Development for consistency with the Land Development Code and the Comprehensive Plan. The department is under the Direction of County Coordinator, James Williams, CBC, CPM.
